Holistic Health Help (HHH)
HHH is a monthly, in-person health education series hosted at the Wellness Collective. Come and learn about holistic healthcare practices while hearing a wealth of information on integrative healing modalities. Each month we will have a new theme with a presentation from each of the providers at the Wellness Collective or other local experts. Come ask questions, engage in discussion and leave with practical tips you can begin applying to positively impact your health and wellbeing.

Death Cafe
At a Death Cafe people gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death.
The objective is 'to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'. A Death Cafe is a group directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group and not a grief support or counselling group. Events maybe virtual or at a local venue in the Texoma area.
